- All booths are white, 10x10 feet, covered,
provided by the City of Deerfield Beach;
2-
The
booth will have access to electrical power sources.
The vendors will need to provide their own lights
and extension cords (cable);
3-
The
client will need to provide their own table and
chairs;
4-
Vendors
will need to be present between 7:00 am and 9:00 am
on the day of the event to prepare
the booth. At 12:00 pm vendors may begin to present
and sale their products;
5-
A
map will be provided, so that each vendor will know
their exact booth location;
6-To
have the booth completely set-up, decorated and
ready to open for business by three hours prior
to the advertised start of the event, including
removal of all vehicles from the event site;
7-
After the close of the event, Vendor will be
responsible for complete clean-up of designated
area,
including but not limited to the collection of all
food, grease, refrigerators, food warmer,
paper
goods, tables and chairs, leaving assigned area
clean within reasonable time after the event
has concluded;
8-The vendor will have to give a complete list of
foods and drinks that will be served in the booth;
9-The vendor will provide all the insurance and
licenses necessary to sell their products (Food
permit);
10-The vendor will provide a list with the machines
(freezer, warmer, microwave, etc...) and
amperes
of each one;
11-The Vendor will need to provide their own fire
extinguisher if it's a food vendor 2A10BC size or
larger 40BC
size or larger (deep fryers), K or 3A40BC is Ok;
12-There's
no exclusivity for products to sell as food type;
13-No alcoholic drinks will be able to sell any time. Just the City of Deerfield Beach has the alcoholic
booth;
